Awareness or Ignorance

Is knowing you are attached to your devices, but a refusal to change habits, better or worse than plain ignorance to that attachment?

It's better to know your addiction and refuse to change because at least if your aware then you know it's happening and have the option to change your ways.

I would have to disagree with the last bit of what you said, I believe that if you acknowlage the fact that you are addicted but refuse to change then you are probably more stuck than if you were unaware of what you were doing.
